The Welcoming Committee of Karis Community Fellowship is a group of lay people committed to providing a welcoming environment that will introduce new comers to the Karis community and lead our congregation in being God’s “hands and feet” in expressing God’s love to anyone who attends Karis. We achieve this by being greeters and ushers for Sunday service, organizers for events to introduce new comers to Karis Community Fellowship, and facilitators in engaging new comers with other members of Karis Community Fellowship.

When We Meet...

The Welcoming Committee meets every other Sunday at 9:30 AM on the Karis Community Fellowship campus.

Karis Meet N’ Greet is a dinner mixer hosted every four months for new comers to Karis. The purpose of the Karis Meet N’ Greet is to formally introduce new comers to the church leadership, provide an environment for new comers to dialogue about ministry at Karis, and facilitate relationships between new comers and current members of Karis.
