Who We Are...
The purpose of Agape Ministries is to engage college-aged young adults (whether in school or not) to become faithful disciples of Christ. Agape Ministries is made up of college-aged young adults. Many members are college students from the schools in the greater Atlanta area. There is also an Agape Ministry Task Force, which is a group of “older” volunteers who have a heart to spend time with and mentor college students.
When We Meet...
The Agape Ministries meet on Sunday for large group and lunch fellowship after service. On Saturdays at 6:30 PM, we meet for Saturday Night Fellowship on the bottom floor of the Education Building on the Karis Community Fellowship campus. We join with high school students for dinner, praise, and afterwards, split off for our own bible study. One Saturday every month is activity SNF, where instead of meeting at church, we have fun outings like ice-skating, paintball, dinner and a move, etc… There is also a weekly Discipleship Group for those who desire to grow in an intensive, commitment-based small group with your peers. The ministry leader works closely with this group to challenge and encourage – that authentic growing relationships can be formed with Christ and with each other.
